Project Description: Building Facades Improvement

This project focuses on enhancing the exterior facade of an existing building to improve its aesthetic appeal and integration with the surrounding environment. The primary objective is to select a design that harmonizes with the materials and architectural styles prevalent in the area.

Clients were presented with two distinct facade improvement options:

• Option 1: Natural Stone Cladding - This design incorporates locally sourced natural stone, providing a timeless and robust appearance that complements the rustic character of the neighborhood.

• Option 2: Contemporary Metal Panels - Featuring sleek, modern metal panels, this option offers a bold contrast while still reflecting the industrial elements found in nearby structures.

Both options were carefully crafted to enhance the building's visual identity while ensuring durability and sustainability. The final choice will not only elevate the property’s value but also contribute positively to the overall streetscape.
